Responsibilities:

Manages the teams, ensures customer service in all Food and Beverage areas. Assures constantly and consistently of maximum guest satisfaction with efficiencies operation. Coordinates and helps to implement the training program for the outlet staff frequently. Be in line with working assignments and direct reporting to FB Manager
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Others or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
